“Just. Say. YES! Meryl was the blessing I didn't know I needed on our wedding day. My (now) husband and I are from Houston, Texas but Boston has always been such a special place to me. We opted for a destination wedding. Trying to make decisions and portraying your vision through text messages and phone calls turned out to be much more challenging than I anticipated but from the very first phone call, I knew it was written in the stars for Meryl and I to work together. Her bubbly personality and infectious attitude had such a wildly positive impact on me in the final months of the planning process. Meryl's kind nature made it so easy for me to really explain what I was looking for and reassured me multiple times that it was okay if I didn't like any of her suggestions - that she was here for me. That also applies to budget. She made absolutely sure to give me the most bang for my buck and offered creative/budget friendly solutions to make sure my expectations were met. I felt as confident as I could going into our wedding week. We were about 20 minutes late to the venue to get pictures and I was beyond flustered. I met Meryl in person as she was setting up the table arrangements and I instantly felt a calm come over me, like I was finally able to be present for the first time that day. My maid of honor helped me get my dress on and it was time to get my bouquet - like I said, Meryl is a master of surprises. I am beyond thankful that my photographer was there to capture the moment she revealed it to me. When I say exceeded expectations.... I was instantly brought to tears. She was SO proud of her work and I felt overwhelmed to be the recipient of such a beautiful arrangement. We had 65 guests in attendance and nearly all of them commented on how incredible the arrangements were. They were so full of personality and matched me and my husband perfectly. She is truly one of the most talented people I've ever met and I'm sad we don't live closer because I'd regularly find excuses to hire her. If you want someone who is going to commit themselves entirely to you and your special event, someone who won't overlook a single detail, and someone who is a fantastic example of how all business should be conducted, look no further. I have been attending these classes since the very first one and love how Meryl always finds such special and unique flowers that you would not be able to find anywhere else. The theme is always on point, whether it's pastels for Easter or dark and moody around Halloween. Meryl provides great instruction but is always there to help if you need it.
